Elixr Terms and Conditions

ELIXR FIN SYS Annual License Renewal is obligatory for preventive care and maintenance, along with regular and periodic product patch updates. Any new requirements or needs identified during the customer success call will be addressed in accordance with our enhancement policy. When your business or software requires growth, you have the option to upgrade the product/edition, with upgradation charges being applicable additionally.

ELIXR FIN SYS licenses are non-transferable. ELIXR FIN SYS will not be held responsible for any break, nonperformance, or delay in fulfilling obligations outlined in this maintenance service contract for software, resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as strike, lockout, industrial/labor unrest, fire, accidental damage, government-imposed restrictions, acts of God, riot, war, or similar causes.

Exchange of licenses is strictly prohibited

  • Elixir shall not be held liable for any hardware failures, including those resulting from natural disasters. In the Event of hard disk corruption, hard disk failure, or operating system failure, reinstallation services will be provided at an additional cost.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

  • For field visits to customers, the customer is responsible for bearing the travel, lodging, and boarding costs.
  • 12 hours of call support per year are provided.
  • Once voice support hours are exhausted, customers need to purchase a Phone Support Package starting from Rs.720 per hour. Calls will commence after payment is made.
  • Additional online training hours can be purchased if queries and doubts require more training.
  • Beyond the stipulated training hours for each edition purchased, additional service/training hours can be paid for based on business needs.
  • In cases where employee turnover necessitates training on ELIXR FIN SYS software, additional service/training hours can be purchased by contacting ELIXR FIN SYS at [support@elixrfinsys.com].

SOFTWARE RE-INSTALLATION POLICY

  • One-time software re-installation is allowed if the database backup is available, applicable for new customers within 3 months.
  • If the database is not available or has a different tax number, ELIXR FIN SYS considers it a fresh installation at the current list price.
  • Prior approval is required from ELIXR FIN SYS for changes in hard disk ID for re-installation, reported via email [support@elixrfinsys.com].
  • Additional charges will apply for DB corruption recovery, with a note that 100% recovery is not guaranteed.

PAYMENTS POLICY

  • Payments can be made through net banking or cheque in favor of "ELIXR FIN SYS."
  • In case of dishonored cheques, a penal charge of Rs.500 will be levied.
  • Late payment of AMC will incur a charge of Rs.1500 (inclusive of GST and local taxes) for every deferred year.
  • Outstanding AMC charges must be settled before reaching ELIXR FIN SYS Customer Care team for support.
